The local police in Erie were on a surprise DUI crackdown recently. The exercise was called Operation Nighthawk, and involved both Pennsylvania State Police and local Erie police. Their efforts netted over 50 DUI arrests in Erie County within two days. That’s quite a few people who have a lot of new questions.
