EMTA Bus & Car Collide, Injuring Three

Erie Accident Attorney Grant C Travis

Last Monday, an Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority bus collided with a passenger vehicle on W. 32nd Street and Liberty Street. Initial reports indicate that the operator of the car may have mistakenly ran a red light, thinking they had the green, when the car was struck by the bus. The driver of the car and two passengers on the bus were taken to UPMC Hamot for treatment of their injuries. Follow up reports state the injuries sustained in the bus accident were not severe.

Don’t Fight the Insurance Company Alone – Level the Playing Field

When you’re injured in a car accident, an insurance adjuster will contact you and pretend to be looking out for your best interests. Don’t believe it. That adjuster works for the insurance company that owes you compensation for your injuries, so they will offer you as little as possible. In fact, insurance companies employ a legal team to protect the interests of the insurance company – not your interests. The Travis Law Firm aims to level the playing field by providing you with a legal team to protect your rights. Contact us to discuss your legal rights to compensation, put our experience to work for you.
