ATTORNEY DARA M. BUCHOLTZ

Attorney Dara Bucholtz has been an attorney with The Travis Law Firm, P.C. since November 2017. She has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, including automobile, premises liability, and dog bite matters, as well as workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims. She has also represented clients in DUI and Criminal hearings throughout Erie, Crawford, Warren, Forest and McKean Counties.

Before joining The Travis Law Firm, P.C. Dara worked at an Erie law firm helping clients with estate planning. She is also licensed in Illinois, where she worked in both personal injury and insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into how insurers evaluate claims.

Raised on a dairy farm in Conneautville, Pennsylvania, Dara now lives near her childhood home with her two children. She is Secretary of the Erie County Bar Association, mentors through the Attorney’s and Kids Together (AKT) program, and has co-chaired the AKT 5K race committee since 2022.

Dara’s colleagues describe her as being a good listener, compassionate and caring person, and a fierce, and relentless advocate on behalf of her clients.
