A good balance between work and home and promote healthy habits and overall well-being. Below are several tips that can help you find the right balance between work and home for you and your family.

Things you can do to help balance your home and work life to reduce the risk of winter colds and illnesses:
- Exercise — It can be difficult to find time to exercise when you are working; however, it can be even more difficult during the winter months.
